Apostle T. Telly Williams has a heart for the people of God and serves faithfully. Prophetess Seantell Y. Williams serves alongside her husband, as our sight Pastor and the Director of the Ministries.
BFPM was established on October 8, 2020.
God said, "If We Build the People, He will Build the Church."

Bio of Apostle-Elect Telly T. Williams
A man of humility and heart- filled passion for the Kingdom of God. The favor of God has rested upon Apostle Telly from birth. He is without a doubt, a man of purpose and on a mission to do God’s will for his life. Apostle Telly walks in his calling as the Sr. Pastor and as a prophetic intercessor, as well as a servant- leader.
Apostle Telly was saved as a young child and received the in-fillling of the Holy Spirit in his early 20’s.
He accepted the call to ministry, as well as began to walk in that call, at the age of 30 years young. Apostle Telly understands the importance of a spiritual covering and served 15 faithful years under the leadership of Apostle Jackie F. Holloway, of I AM Five-Fold Ministries, where he accepted his calling as gatekeeper and as time went on, God saw fit that he promoted him to minister. He also served as Youth Leader, director of the Men’s Ministry, Overseer of the Gatekeeper Ministry, and Leader of the Men’s Prayer Ministry.
As purpose began to transition the man of God, God sent him to the church of his youth in Christ, for a time of healing and nurturing, Impact Church, under the spiritual covering of Apostle Rasby and Pastor Jacqueline Mason where he served as head armor bearer to Apostle Mason, director of the men’s ministry and a member of the executive board of directors. During this transition, Building For Purpose Ministries, Inc., was birthed through him to continue the work of building men and women of God for kingdom works. God began to instruct
Apostle Telly on how to build upon the vision that He has given him. Through this instruction, BuildHIM, a part of the BuildERS Academy, was born. God gave him direct tools to be used for building kingdom men. God then strategically placed him in a covenant relationship with Bishop Peter and Apostle Eraka Sasser, as a part of Kingdom Grace Fellowship.
Apostle Telly believes in the necessity of continued education. He earned his certification as a Prepared Enrich Marriage and Family counselor in 2021, credentials as a certified life and spiritual coach 2022 and was a student of learning, at Dividing Truth School of Ministry as well as Inter-Baptist Theology Seminary.
Apostle Telly is on a mission for God to bring those that are lost, unsure and unproductive into the body of Christ by sharing the word of God and by displaying a Christ-like character, to help build them for kingdom work, so that they may go out and build others. The trail of this mission has been set ablaze, as Apostle Telly is Overseer of Building For Purpose Ministries, Int., in Tanzania, Kenya where the senior Pastor is Apostle Jeff Maranga. God has allowed the ministry works of Apostle Telly to go beyond and abroad, just as He spoke to him that it would.
Apostle Telly is a devoted and loving husband to Prophetess Seantell Williams, whom he lovingly refers to as his “Queen” and has been blessed to share 23+ years of marriage with. He is a very productive and hands-on father to his son,Trevon and daughter, Min. Tellyse Williams.

Bio of Prophetess Seantell Y. Williams
In October 2020, in the midst of the global pandemic ,as God unveiled the plan of her life, she received the call to pastor, on the side of her husband, Telly , in the ministry that God called them to oversee. Building For Purpose Ministries is a catalyst in the “building up” of God’s people. The vision of the ministry is simply to “build disciples one person at a time”. She serves faithfully as the on-site Pastor for the church. In December of the same year God led her to launch BuildHER. This started as a LIVE talk on social media for women from all genres and ethnicities. These weekly talks grew in attendance number to great heights. Prophetess Williams then began to work on another leg of this vision, BuildHER Academy. This academy caters to the
A woman of grace and purpose whose life has captured the heart and favor of God causing not only His face to shine on her, but His Hand to rest upon her. Prophetess Williams is an undeniable woman of God who walks boldly in her prophetic calling, yet is pliable and unapologetically yielded to be used in any capacity for the Kingdom. Her plight is to assist in unlocking purpose in women across the world.
Prophetess Williams’ purpose was revealed in 2007 while in her kitchen, where "Women of Worth"was birthed. W.O.W., was a ministry dedicated to helping and nurturing women in transitional states or places. After 12 years, Seantell reached a pivotal point where purpose led her to a new name, "Purposed For This Women's Ministry" (PFT) and with that, a new global direction in ministry.

BuildHER was trademarked and copyrighted in January 2023. Prophetess Williams is a proponent of education and has received her B.S. degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Wiley College in Marshall, Texas. She also served as a Marriage Counselor. She is a certified Spiritual Life Coach and an educator in the Caddo Parish school system.
Seantell understands the importance of a spiritual covering and served 16 faithful years under one leadership. Purpose transitioned her family back to the ministry in which she accepted Christ, Temple of Deliverance (now Impact Church), under the leadership of Apostle Rasby and Pastor Jacqueline Mason, where she served as scribe,intercessor, spiritual midwife, and where "Purposed For This Women's Ministry" was ultimately revealed. During this time Seantell authored her first book, Living on Purpose, 12 Days to a Better You.
Prophetess Williams is committed to family values. She humbly and happily enjoys being the devoted wife to Pastor Telly Williams and a doting mother to Trevon and Tellyse. Prophetess Williams’ desire is that her life and ministry cause women of all walks of life to walk in their divine purpose and ful ll the call of God in their lives.

Every month for Fresh Bread Bible Study, we have a friendly competition of Bible games. We are broken off into 2 teams and the team that wins, are Bible Games champs of the month. It is an excellent way for the people of God to get into the word of God and have fun doing it. Our March winners are pictured below.
